Day 1: Depart for Germany
Depart for Germany and arrive in Berlin. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and settle in. Enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure, with a relaxed evening at the hotel.
Day 2: Arrive in Berlin
Arrive in Berlin, Germany’s vibrant capital. After transferring to your hotel, enjoy some free time to explore. In the evening, meet your Tour Manager for an orientation meeting around 6 PM. We recommend flights arriving no later than 4 PM. Dinner at the hotel.
Day 3: Berlin City Tour
Start with a guided tour of Berlin, covering iconic sites like Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag Building, and Checkpoint Charlie. Continue with a drive along Unter den Linden Boulevard, passing the State Opera House and Berlin Cathedral. End your day at Kurfürstendamm, Berlin's major shopping and entertainment district. You may join the optional Berlin's Hidden Past tour in the afternoon, exploring Germany's WWII history and the division of Berlin. Dinner at a local restaurant or at the hotel.
Day 4: Tour of Dresden
Travel to Dresden, the "Florence on the Elbe." With a local guide, visit the Zwinger Palace, Semper Opera House, and Frauenkirche Church. Spend the rest of the day at your leisure, exploring Dresden independently. Dinner at the hotel or a local venue.
Day 5: Nuremberg City Tour
Visit Nuremberg and explore its historic landmarks, including the Palace of Justice and the Nazi Rally Grounds. Conclude the tour in Market Square in the Old Town, soaking in the lively atmosphere. Dinner at the hotel or a local restaurant.
Day 6: Munich
Arrive in Munich and set out for a city tour. Visit Marienplatz Square and the famous Glockenspiel clock. Continue to the Olympic Stadium, the main venue for the 1972 Summer Olympics. End your day with a visit to Nymphenburg Palace, followed by a drive through Munich’s museums, palaces, and monuments. Dinner at the hotel or at a local restaurant.
Day 7: Full Day in Munich
Enjoy a full day at leisure or join the optional Linderhof Palace and Oberammergau tour, exploring the fairytale palace and the Passion Play village. Farewell dinner with your Tour Manager at the hotel to conclude your Munich experience.
Day 8: Depart Germany
Transfer to the airport for your return flight after breakfast.
Day 1: Arrive in Dusseldorf – Transfer to Cologne
Upon arrival in Dusseldorf, transfer to your hotel in Cologne. The rest of the day is at leisure. In the evening, meet your Tour Manager for an orientation session followed by a welcome dinner.
Day 2: Cologne Walking Tour – Travel to Hamburg
Begin the day with a walking tour of Cologne, exploring its Roman roots and the magnificent Cologne Cathedral. In the afternoon, travel to Hamburg, Germany’s prominent port city on the Elbe River. Settle into your hotel and enjoy a relaxing evening.
Day 3: Hamburg City Tour
Start with a visit to Alster Lake and continue to see highlights like the Landing Bridge of St. Pauli, Michel Church, and the Town Hall. Spend the afternoon at leisure or opt for a guided visit to the historic Hanseatic city of Lübeck.
Day 4: Berlin City Tour
Travel to Berlin and enjoy a comprehensive city tour covering landmarks from both East and West Berlin. Visit the Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag, Checkpoint Charlie, Unter den Linden, and Berlin Cathedral. End the day at the lively Kurfürstendamm shopping district. You may choose to join an optional Berlin by Night tour with dinner.
Day 5: Free Day in Berlin

Day 6: Dresden City Tour
Head to Dresden, known as the "Florence on the Elbe." Explore the Zwinger Palace, Semper Opera House, Frauenkirche Church, and the Green Vault, home to the treasures of Saxon royalty. Enjoy time at leisure before dinner at the hotel.
Day 7: Nuremberg City Tour
Depart for Nuremberg and discover its rich historical legacy. Visit the Palace of Justice, where the post-WWII War Crimes Tribunal took place, and explore the Nazi Rally Grounds. Conclude the day with a relaxed evening and dinner.
Day 8: Rothenburg Tour – Transfer to Munich
Travel to Rothenburg ob der Tauber, a perfectly preserved medieval town. Enjoy a walking tour through its cobbled streets and admire the old city walls. Later, continue to Munich, the Bavarian capital.
Day 9: Munich City Tour
Take a panoramic tour of Munich including Koenigsplatz, Ludwigstrasse, the Olympic Stadium, Nymphenburg Palace, and Marienplatz with its famous Glockenspiel. The afternoon is free, with an option to visit the Dachau Memorial (note: not available on April 25th).
Day 10: Neuschwanstein Castle Excursion
Take a scenic drive to the Bavarian Alps and tour the fairytale Neuschwanstein Castle, known for its grand interiors and romantic history. Return to Munich for a special farewell dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 11: Departure from Germany
Transfer to the airport for your departure flight. Bid farewell to Germany with memories of a rich cultural journey.
